Furnace repair in your city
When the furnace stops in January you want it fixed today, and you want to know whether it's something you can sort out yourself first. Here's what to check, and when to call your company.
Three things to check before you call
- The thermostat. Make sure it's set to heat and the set temperature is above the room temperature. If it runs on batteries, replace them.
- The furnace switch and breaker. There's usually a switch that looks like a light switch on or near the furnace. Make sure it's on, then check the breaker panel.
- The filter. A clogged filter can make the furnace overheat and shut itself off. If it's grey and caked, replace it.
Smell gas? Don't touch light switches or appliances. Leave the house and call your gas utility's emergency line from outside.
When to call us
If the furnace still won't start, keeps switching on and off, or blows cold air, call your company at your number. We repair furnaces across your service area.

I'm Shon Zinger. I make website pages for HVAC companies across Canada. It's just me: AI drafts, and I check and edit every page.
The pages are drafted with AI writing tools, then checked and edited by me: the facts, the local details and the tone. Then they come to you, and nothing goes up without your approval.
I don't touch your Google Business Profile, buy links or run ads. This is one thing: pages that answer homeowners' questions, on the website you already own.
Why there are no client results on this page
This is a new service, so there aren't any to show yet, and I won't make some up. That's what the free sample page and the free first month are for: you judge the work on your own website before you pay anything.

Who publishes the pages?
In the free month and on Starter, I deliver each page as a draft, and you or your web person publish it.
On Core, I publish the pages on your site for you, once you've approved each one. For that I need a login to your website that can add pages. You can remove it whenever you like.
What do you need from me?
For the sample page: your business name, website and city.
For the free first month: which services and areas you want pages about, read-only Google Search Console access, and permission to quote the results if they're good.
What is Search Console access, and why do you want it?
Google Search Console is Google's free tool that shows which searches your website appears in and how often people click. Read-only access lets me see those reports. It doesn't let me change anything on your site or your Google account.
It's there so we can both see what the pages do, rather than you having to take my word for it.
How does approval work?
I send you each page before it goes anywhere. You read it, then say yes, ask for changes, or say no. Nothing goes up without your yes.
Please check what each page says about your business, like your services, prices and service area. You know those facts better than I do.
What happens if I cancel?
Send me an email. It's month to month with no minimum term, so there's nothing to buy your way out of. You keep every page you've received.
Do I keep the pages?
Yes. Every page you receive is yours, including the free sample page and the free month, whether or not you ever pay me.
How long until I see results?
Usually months, and I can't promise any. New pages take time to show up in search, and I don't control what Google does with them. Search Console will show both of us what is and isn't happening.
Are the pages written by AI?
They're drafted with AI writing tools, then checked and edited by me before you see them. You approve each one before it goes up.
What does "one HVAC company per city" mean?
Pages for two HVAC companies in the same city would chase the same searches, so I take one. The first HVAC company in each city to start the free month gets it, and while you're a client I don't take on a competitor in your city. A free sample page doesn't hold the city. If you don't carry on after the free month, the city opens up again.
Do you work outside Ontario?
